SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday 9am-6pm. Any emails or messages left after hours of during the weekend will be returned the next business day. If you have any questions or difficulty placing an order, please email us at enquiries@moyomantra.com.

SHIPPING POLICY

All products will be sent first class via Royal Mail, taking approximately 2-3 working days (UK wide).

 

Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 days after order is placed, however some require additional time in production. During busy periods we appreciate customers allowing 3-7 days before shipping in order for us to satisfy all of our customers needs (you will be notified if this delay applies to you).  

 

International Orders

For any overseas purchases please contact enquiries@moyomantra.com for specific shipping information.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We are dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our customers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact enquiries@moyomantra.com to request a return. 

 

Full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If condition of item is unsatisfactory/damaged your item will be returned to you.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

Discounted or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for items being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or Royal mail. Moyo Mantra is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we currently don't offer direct exchanges through moyomantra.com.  If you'd like to exchange a product, please follow our above returns policy and place a new order online through our website.

Wear and Tear Policy


To request a repair, please use our contact page and be sure to include:

  • Contact name

  • Telephone number

  • Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)

  • A brief description of the problem

Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorize the repair. For items purchased within the last six months, repairs are free of charge.  For purchases over six months old, may occur additional fees based on labour and cost of material may apply.  All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.
